If you order before our cutoff, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day that your order is placed!
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order.

Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.
Each order purchased directly from our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a complimentary return label and detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Grooming HUT retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Grooming HUT is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
